Who provides the service

The site is provided by the owner identified on the contact page, which is also where to write about anything concerning these terms.

What Gamesforparty is

A collection of games to play as a group from one phone, with nothing to install. The phone deals the questions, the dares or the words; the game happens at the table.

The service is free, shows no advertising and sells nothing. We handle no payments of any kind either.

Minimum age

Use is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Several modes include adult humour, drinking themes and sexually explicit content at their highest levels.

By confirming your age you declare that you are of legal age. If you are not, you may not use the site.

How to use it

Play as much as you like, at home or wherever you fancy, with whoever you like. What you may not do:

• Use the site to harass, humiliate or single anyone out.
• Copy the content bank in order to reproduce it in another product.
• Attempt to interfere with the site or access non-public parts of it.
• Use automated systems that degrade the service for everyone else.

You are the ones running the game

This is the most important part of this page. The questions and dares are suggestions: what gets answered and what gets done is decided by each player, at each table.

Nobody is obliged to carry out a dare or answer a question. Skipping a card is part of the game and no rule stands in the way.

Dares are performed at the risk of whoever performs them. We are not liable for damage, to property or to people, arising from carrying them out.

Alcohol

Some modes include a drinking mechanic. Drinking is always optional: the whole game works just as well with water.

Drink responsibly. Do not play if you are under age, if you have to drive, if you are pregnant, if you are on medication or if for any reason you should not drink alcohol.

Never pressure anyone into drinking. A party game is no excuse for that.

Content and intellectual property

The code, the design, the texts and the content bank belong to the site owner and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may play, show the site to anyone and share the link freely. You may not extract the content to publish or commercialise it yourself.

Availability

The service is offered as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or withdraw games and content, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or by choice.

We do not warrant that the content will suit every group: picking the right level for your table is part of the game.

Advertising

There are no ads on the site today. Should there be any in future, these terms and the privacy policy will say so before they go live.

Liability

We are liable for damage arising directly from a breach on our part, to the extent set by the applicable law.

We are not liable for how players use the content, for what happens during a game, or for third-party services reachable from the site.

None of the above limits any rights that consumer protection law grants you on mandatory terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts where you live and the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The revision date appears at the foot of this page.
