Who processes your data

The data controller is the owner of this site, whose identification details appear on the contact page.

You can write to us about anything concerning your data at the address given there. We reply within one month at the latest.

What this site does not do

It is worth starting here, because it affects you most and it is not the usual arrangement:

• There is no sign-up and there are no user accounts.
• We never ask for your name, your email or your phone number.
• Nothing you type or choose during a game is sent to any server of ours.
• We do not build player profiles and we do not analyse how you play.

What your browser stores

For the game to work, your browser keeps a few things on the device itself. They are not sent anywhere and you can delete them whenever you like from your browser settings.

Nobody but you, on that phone, has access to this information: not even we can read it.

• gfp_jugadores — the names you add to the table, so you do not have to type them again every game.
• gfp_favoritos — the games you mark as favourites.
• gfp_age_ok — confirmation that you are of legal age, so we do not ask every time. It expires after a year.

Advertising

Gamesforparty currently shows no ads. There are no ad networks, no tracking identifiers and no third parties measuring what you do here.

If advertising is ever switched on, it will not happen quietly: you will be asked for consent before anything is stored, and this page will be updated to explain it.

On what legal basis

• The device storage described above is necessary to provide the service you asked for: without it the game cannot deal a round or remember your table.
• Age verification answers our obligation not to offer adult content to minors.

For how long

What your browser stores stays until you delete it or until it expires: one year in the case of the age confirmation. There is nothing else to keep, because there is nothing else.

International transfers

There are none. We transfer data to no country because none of it leaves your device.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to our contact address.

In practice the fastest and most complete route is in your own hands: clearing the site's data from your browser removes it entirely, because no copy exists anywhere else.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to the supervisory authority in your country.

If you visit us from the United States

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with anyone and we do not run behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, nothing changes on our side: we are already at the minimum.

Minors

Gamesforparty is a site for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe this has happened, write to us and we will sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and its revision date. Changes affecting advertising consent will be put to you again; they will not take effect by silence.
