Secret Dares
Set up the game
You need at least 3 players
How to play
- 1Type the names, choose how many dares each player gets and whether the 18+ ones are in.
- 2The phone goes round the table: everyone sees their dares alone and hides them.
- 3Put the phone away and start dinner. You win by pulling yours off uncaught; at the end you open the record and check.

Frequently asked questions
- How many players do you need for Secret Dares?
- From 3 to 15. Fewer and it falls flat, more and it drags, though nobody is going to stop you trying.
- Do I have to download anything?
- No. Secret Dares opens in your phone's browser and runs right there: nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
- Is Secret Dares free?
- Completely. Every card, every level and all six languages, with no account and no paid tier.
- What kind of dares are they?
- Never something you do yourself, always something you get somebody else to do without them realising: say a word, change seats, lend you something. That is why they are invisible: a dare people notice is a dare you failed.
- How do you know who had what at the end?
- When the dares are dealt you can save an image with the full list. It is never shown on screen β whoever holds the phone would learn everyone else's dares β so you download it and don't open it until the end.
